Cynthia McKinney for President
The Green National Convention met in Chicago on July 10-13, 2008, and nominated Cynthia
McKinney as its candidate for President. The petition drive is now in full gear as we face a deadline
of August 6 to get a Green presidential line in Connecticut.
Help circulate the petition to get a Green presidential line on the ballot!
Will a Green presidential campaign help a Republican get elected? First of all, this is a

since 1988. For more views, read "Dispelling the Myth of Election 2000:

The Green Party won a historic victory on November 6, 2007, when
Jean de Smet of Windham became the first Green elected to top municipal office in a Connecticut town.
In addition, Greens regained representation in New Haven with
Allan Brison's election as Alderman.
